At the Y, we have a focus on youth development.
We offer specific support for young people wanting to get fit and strong in a gym environment.
- Weekdays 3.30pm-5pm
- $6.95 per week, or free with any other Y membership
- For anyone aged between 12 and 18 years
Work out under the guidance of our qualified gym instructors, who are there to support you, guide you, answer any questions and create specific gym programmes for you.
A great way to stay fit and strong for sport, or to learn how to work out safely.

Work out in a fun, supportive environment, under the guidance of a qualified gym instructor. Take part in a variety of activities – chosen by Girls Squad members – and enjoy the benefits of physical activity in a space that caters for all abilities.
